Open Rights Group have asked whether the Government and the NHS in Scotland have taken all necessary steps to ensure the privacy of citizens during the roll out of contact tracing. While the First Minister has, after several attempts at getting clarity around Scotland’s process, responded favourably toward privacy rights advocates, but have not done so clearly in data protection and human rights impact assessments.
